Thank you for purchasing from The Pep Source. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of the research materials and products offered by The Pep Source, all sales are final.
Once an order has been processed, we do not accept:
Returns
Refunds
Exchanges
Cancellations
Except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product names, quantities, concentrations, and shipping information carefully before submitting an order.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products
If your shipment arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or is missing an item, please contact us promptly after delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the package and product, when applicable
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
Please note that reporting a shipping or fulfillment issue does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.
3. Shipping Delays
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Once a package has been transferred to the applicable carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
The Pep Source is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
The Pep Source is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or returned because a customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, except to the extent required by applicable law.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with an order, please contact The Pep Source first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and address the issue.
Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may be contested using applicable order, transaction, shipping, delivery, and customer-communication records.
6. Research Products
Products designated for research use are sold exclusively for their stated research purposes.
Because the integrity, storage, handling, and chain of custody of a product cannot ordinarily be verified after it leaves our control, returned research products cannot ordinarily be restocked or resold.
This is one of the reasons The Pep Source maintains an all-sales-final policy.
7. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, replacement, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
